What's your return & refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you If you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team so that they can help resolve the issue. ​Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Once your return has been quality checked and approved and it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. ZIAH JOIA will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider. Shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

How does your shipping and delivery work?
We offer free US delivery. International shipping is up to 5 business days. Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx. All orders $200+ qualify for free shipping.
Track your order
After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. Our logistics have 2 business days to process your order. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order by heading to Orders & Returns in your account. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 2 – 7 business days for your package to arrive. We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes there may be delays during peak periods.
